Online Payments with EduTrak
Adams Traditional Academy partners with EduTrak to process payments for:

Lunch accounts

Eagles’ Nest (before/after school care)

Preschool tuition
-
After-school sports and clubs
An online service fee applies to each transaction and is subject to change. Some payments cannot be made with cash or check in the front office.
Prefer not to use the online system? No problem. We still accept cash and checks at the front office. Please note, we do not accept credit or debit card payments in person.
Vendor
Information
Vendors interested in working with Adams Traditional Academy or other Choice Academies schools should email the Business Office with:

A description of materials or services offered

Licensing, bonding, and insurance details

At least three references
Vendors will be added to our list for the fiscal year (July–June) or for 12 months from the date of application. Bids can be submitted via fax, email, mail, or in person. Please allow 45 days for decisions.
All vendors must disclose any financial or familial relationships with Choice Academies employees or board members. Vendor selection is based on overall quality and value, not just price.

Family Key Set-Up
for Payments for Lunch Payments
Before accessing your student’s lunch account online, you’ll need a unique family key.
Please call or email Mrs. Rankin at 602-938-5517 ext. 106 | lrankin@choiceacademies.org to request your key.
Once your account is set up, you can manage all school-related payments in one place.
