Electronic Online Payments
Adams Traditional Academy accepts payments through Edu-Trak. Payments for lunch, kindergarten enrichment, Eagles’ Nest, preschool, and after-school sports, clubs and enrichment activities such as basketball may also be made. Transactions have a $2.00 per use fee.
You are under no obligation to use this system, cash and checks are still accepted at the front office for all payments. We do not accept credit or debit cards in the school office. For instructions on using our online system, click the link below:
Before using the system, you will need your family key to access the site. Please contact Mrs. Kudler for your family key at 602-938-5517 ext 143.
Once your account has been established, you will be able to manage all your payments online by using the payment link.
Adams Traditional Academy maintains vendor lists and you may be added to a vendor list by emailing the Choice Academies Business Office. Please include which materials and services your company offers, information about licensing, bonding, and insurance and a minimum of three references. Your name will be added to the vendor list for the fiscal year (June to July) of your choice or 12 months from the date of receipt. Vendors are welcome to bid on any posted bid at any time regardless of inclusion on a vendor list. Please allow 45 days for bid acceptance. Bids may be returned to the Choice Academies Business Office located at Adams Traditional Academy by fax, email, mail, or in person to the campus.
Choice Academies reserves the right to make a selection from available bids based on overall quality of the project/vendor and is not limited to selection based solely on price. Choice Academies requires all vendors to disclose any and all familial and financial relationships with members of the Board of Directors and employees for Choice Academies, Inc., and all of its subsidiaries.
