School Governing Structure 
Board of Directors -
The Board is the body that oversees the operation of the school and all aspects of endeavors not directly related to the school.  The Board has fiscal oversight and ensures regulatory compliance and legal accountability.  The Board also provides oversight of the charter’s mission, vision and regulatory compliance.

Board Members are:

Sarah Shumway, Board Treasurer
Tawnya Mecham, Board Secretary
Sharon Malone, member at large
Jeremy Stephenson, member at large

Staff Council - The Staff Council includes all school staff members.  They elect six members to serve on the site council.

Parent Council
- The Parent Council consists of six parents who sit on the Site Council. Five are elected from the parent body at ATA. The last member is the President of the PTO.

Site council   The Site Council will determine all items for school operation. The Site Council is a decision making body. The Site Council is based on an existing model at Alhambra Traditional School, which is an excelling school. The Site Council will function as an advisory council to the principal and will report directly to the principal. The Site Council will consist of 13 members with the following make-up:       
             Six Staff Members
             Six Parents
             Principal (non-voting member)

Any decisions must be made by a unanimous vote and will be reported to administration.
